The Order of the Arrow is entering an exciting new chapter, and with it comes a brand-new induction process. This is more than just a change; it’s an opportunity for us to rethink how we welcome and introduce new Arrowmen to the Order.
Before we offer this new experience to incoming members of our lodge, we want current Arrowmen to have the opportunity to experience it firsthand. By participating, you’ll gain a shared understanding of what the new induction process has to offer and help us build a stronger, more meaningful experience for future members.
There’s one important part to remember: if you want to take on a role in the induction process for new members, you’ll need to experience the process yourself first. This ensures that everyone serving in the induction process understands the experience, knows what to expect, and is prepared to help make it impactful for those who follow.

Arrival: Staff 5:00 pm
Participants: 6:00-6:30 pm check-in
Departure: Everyone 10:00 am (once cleaning around program areas is complete)
